Over President's Day weekend, I drove to Maryland to visit my son, Isaac, at UMD and to meet my classmate, peer, and friend: Patricia Saddler. Patricia and I have been classmates in the MAT program at UMGC since our very first class. We have gotten to know each other online, through class discussions, phone calls, texts, and emails. When we first met online, I was living in Pyeongtaek, South Korea and Patricia was living in Washington, DC. Over the last year we have become good friends, especially as we worked together on group projects in two different classes. Over time, our friendship expanded outside of our online classroom into our personal lives. Patricia has been a wonderful source of support and friendship through my journey as a graduate student at UMGC. This last February, I picked Patricia up in Bladesville, Maryland, and we drove to Annapolis together with my three youngest children: Eli, Aaron, and Holly. We had a wonderful time visiting in person for the first time, walking the streets of Annapolis, and eating at Chick & Ruth's Deli. I love you Patricia! Your friendship means the world to me. I read the article and it was really touching how it talks about friendship, shared memories, and how classmates can become important parts of our lives over time. It shows how strong bonds grow from simple moments and support. I remember during a busy semester, I felt overwhelmed, so I searched for cheap online exam taking service and used help from Take My Online Exam Pro while managing my studies. It made me value both support and real connections more. Nice post, it make me smile.
